That being said let me make myself perfectly clear. Betting systems are a scam! They were not invented to make you money but to make money for the person selling the strategy. You'll notice they usually promise an advantage over the casinos, yet why is it that the authors waste time selling their strategy when they could make much more using it, if their claims were true? These strategies are often based on the commonly held myth that if an event hasn't happened for a while it is bound to happen soon, or on the opposite that what has happened is likely to keep happening. In games like roulette or the lottery this simply is not true. As a college graduate in mathematics I understand the laws of probability and while I'm not going to take the time to prove it here I can assure you that what I'm saying is correct. The only exception might be if there is a biased roulette wheel or something of that nature but todays casinos use very high quality equipment which have bias of undetectable levels.
There are good strategies for games of skill like blackjack and poker. These partially involve betting more when you know the deck is rich with cards that you need. This is not what I would call a betting system since until the cards are shuffled every card that leaves the deck tells you something about the cards left to be played. So I don't want you to think I'm putting down every source on gambling. Sources that help you understand the rules of a game and how best to play it can be of great value. A book I especially recommend that will help you with any game is The Complete Idiots Guide to Gambling Like a Pro. This book will tell you flat you that unless you are a pro you can not gain an edge over the casino, but that you should try to minimize that edge as much as possible. However, anybody promising an advantage of the casino by playing craps, roulette, keno, slots, or the lottery is lying to you and I urge you to not give them your business. There are numerous examples of what I'm talking about on the web, click here for an example. To summarize, there is no easy way to win consistently. Go back to The Casino Page
